How to make roll paratha recipe


Ingredients are here:


Marination method;

1.chicken 1 kg

2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tp

3. yogurt 3 to 4 tp

4. Vinger 2 tp 

5. Tikka masala 1 packet


Sauce method; 

Ketchup 1/2 cup 

Mayonnaise 1/2 cup 

Black pepper 1 teaspoon

Salt, (as per taste)

Sugar 1 teaspoon


Assembling ingredients;

Onion 2 pieces 

Corriander, mint ( few leaves)

Green chili 2 pieces


For paratha;

White flour 

Salt, sugar, oil,  (as per taste)

*PROCEDURE*

Firstly we make knead the flour. Take a spot and put in white flour, salt, sugar, and oil and mix well

And take rest for 1 hour  


Step 2:

Prepare a chicken 

Take a bowl and put chicken, garlic ginger paste, yogurt, tikka masala, and vinegar mix well 


Mix until the spices go inside


Take a rest for a half-hour 

After half an hour, Put the chicken on low heat to cook. Until it is cooked

Step 3:

Prepare a sauce 

Take a small bowl & put in ketchup, mayonnaise, black paper, salt, and sugar mix well. Now the sauce is ready

Step 4: 

Onions cuts in circle shape & then put in vinegar for a few minutes until taste like sour 

Step 5:

Make a chatini 

Take a grinder and put in coriander, mint, and green chili and grind it while become paste ready 

And then put yogurt in this paste and mix well.

Chatini is ready 



 *Assembled time* :

During that time firstly we make the dough of equal size and prepare a parathas 

And then

Take paratha, put Sauce on all sides of paratha, then some chicken pieces are added, and cut.  Some Pieces of onions are added and last we put chatni and roll it.


*Now the roll paratha is ready*
